We work in tandem with the vendor(s) in providing oversight as well as providing your financial institution with guidance, advice, and best practices for all aspects of the conversion project.  We hold weekly status meetings with all parties; track and ensure all third party integrations are certified and in place for the actual conversion event; provide marketing assistance; work with the technical teams to ensure that all hardware, software, and peripherals are properly installed, tested, and working as expected; and, work with your training teams to ensure all employees are properly trained and prepared for the training event. In addition, we offer regular full presentation updates to you key executives and your Board of Directors.

This service is offered on a per month fixed fee basis from the start of the conversion project through post-30 days of implementation.
