
Vendor Contract Negotiations
The Anchor Group offers full vendor contract negotiations with the vendor finalists to give your financial institution the best contract possible both from a price perspective as well as terms and conditions. We will work with the vendors to negotiate the best possible price and will negotiate hundreds of additional terms and conditions to equalize the vendor contract in your financial institution’s favor. This includes but not limited to service level agreements (“SLAs”), overall terms, early termination fees, deconversion fees, support metrics, user conferences, various penalties, etc.
We offer this service in two methods depending on the needs of your financial institution. While most other consulting firms charge a large percentage of savings fee for contract negotiations, we can provide true “consulting” and advisory services on an hourly rate that will let your team directly lead the contract negotiation with our guidance. This is a lower cost alternative that can possibly give you the same results as a direct contract negotiation service.
The second method is that we also offer the full traditional contract negotiation services as other firms offer should the financial institution want and need this level of direct involvement, guidance, and leadership from The Anchor Group. This is done on a percentage of savings fee schedule but at a lower percentage of savings fee than other firms charge.
