Terrie Cloud is Partner and CEO of The Anchor Group, a banking and technology consulting firm. Terrie has more than 32 years of experience in the financial services industry. Terrie works directly with financial institutions with core processing and ancillary system evaluations and contract negotiations, project management services, technology and strategic planning, workflow efficiency improvement recommendations, and IT related compliance services to help financial institutions maximize their technology and operations investment dollars. Terrie has a vast amount of experience in managing, consulting, and developing technology in the areas of financial services, brokerage, and banking. Terrie is a former banker, former core vendor executive, and has been a banking consultant for more than 20 years.
Terrie is a featured and noted speaker and has given over 500 speeches to banks, credit unions, as well as several national and state banking associations and organizations across the United States.
Terrie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Mathematics from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, North Carolina. In his spare time, Terrie is an avid scuba-diver and also enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and Blacklab-mix dog, boating, fishing, reading, and gourmet cooking.

Clay Hamlet is Partner and President of The Anchor Group, a banking and technology consulting firm. Clay has served the financial industry for over 40 years. Clay works directly with financial institutions with core processing and ancillary system evaluations and contract negotiations, project management services, technology and strategic planning, workflow efficiency improvement recommendations, business development, and merger and acquisition services to help financial institutions achieve their business development goals and maximize their technology and operations investment dollars.
Clay possesses a vast amount of experience in financial services and technology, consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and evaluating and developing technology in the financial services market. Clay is a former banker, digital banking vendor executive, core vendor executive, and consultant.
Clay received his advanced education in business administration from Pittsburg State University and University of Kansas. He has previously held insurance, stockbroker, and real estate licenses. In his spare time, Clay enjoys spending time with his wife, three dogs, woodworking, fine jewelry casting, gourmet cooking, and time on the shooting range.
